Year End Review 2009

As I write this ‘brief’ to you, I am searching through the plethora of articles, news minutes, blogs, radio-show advice, independent advisors, talking heads of MSNBC, Ben Bernanke, and others that described this last year’s financial markets. The funny thing is, all of these outlets seem to have a different answer to the future of investing! This overload of news can definitely leave you in a state of capitulation. That is when you should pick up the phone and call me to help you make sense of YOUR situation, and what YOU need to be doing. After all, we are now one-year closer to your goals that we set out to achieve than when we first started working together.

My job is relatively simple: listen to my clients’ needs and concerns, and prescribe them a remedy (i.e. a band aid for a cut, a tourniquet for a loss of limb, etc.). OK, so it’s not quite that simple! But I want you to know that whenever there is an emotional epidemic (i.e. fear, greed, anxiety, euphoria, etc.) going around, I am here to walk you through it with a sound mind and keep you from succumbing to the lemming syndrome!

I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (and any other religious event you celebrate at this time of year), and look forward to working together through a productive 2010 and beyond. And thanks again to those of you who helped me grow my practice with your high quality referrals. Let me know how I can help you and your family.
